    So many egg plants!

We had a weird weather this year zone 8, so our garden didn’t really take off till late summer and these eggplants are very giving. I’m still getting them with our hot and cold October weather. I will definitely be growing these again next year. I like picking mine when they are still small because I’m the only one in my family who likes them. I now have so many in my freezer too.
